Sabudana Vada/ Sabudana Tikki
Sabudana Vada/Sabudana tikki, Sabudana Cutlet or Sabudana Tikki is a preferred fasting food. It is generally prepared on fast/vrat days. Let’s learn how to make this crispy Sabudana Vada.
- Soaked Sabudana/Sago
- Boiled Potato
- Crushed Roasted Peanuts
- Green Chilli/Mirch Powder
- Soak the sabudana for a minimum of 4 to 5 hours, so that they become really soft.
- Boil the potato
- Roast the groundnuts/ peanuts properly and get it crushed.
When you are ready with all above, let’s start with main procedure
Mix the all, soaked sabudana/sago, boiled smashed potatoes and crushed ground nuts together in a bowl. Add chopped green chilli/mirchi powder salt, lemon juice and pinch of sugar as per your taste in the mixture.
Make small balls from it and make it in circular flattened shape.
Now, make sure oil is properly heated. Deep fry this vada in oil.
